Can you briefly describe your activity?

Specialized in users engagement, Adictiz works with brands and their agencies in order to reach their marketing objectives through Games. Adictiz is focused on the marketing attributes of game as a media, and industrialize its creation. Their solutions enable brands and their agencies to use game as a leverage to reach, engage and convert an audience, and measure its performance.
The company has 30 employees based in Lille & Paris.

What are the main features of your services? What are the innovations you will be putting forward?

Convinced that Game is the most effective media to reach, engage and convert an audience, Adictiz edits Adictiz Box, a social engagement platform, since 2013. Turnkey solution 100% customizable, it enables brands to create their game campaigns in a few clicks and without technical skills, on all devices. Adictiz Box is connected to third party CRM solutions (such as CRM360, Selligent, Cabestan, Salesforce, Reach5) and integrates vouchers and gifts management solution (with  HighCo and Ifeelgoods technologies).

Adictiz has just released a new editor, richer in features and gameplays in order to facilitate the creation of fully customizable and multilingual campaigns. The platform is more intuitive and functional thanks to a fast and secure technology :

  • A new technology which enables to boost loading times, to improve fluidity navigation, to add keyboard shortcuts and the right click to improve user experience.
  • New features allowing to broadcast campaigns in several languages and on any devices, websites or point of sales faster.
  • New gameplays added to our wide catalog, with more than 50 available mechanics in total.

Relying on the acquisition users expertise, Adictiz launched a complementary solution Adictiz Ads in 2014, in order to increase the visbility and the performance of their clients campaigns. Our experts team focuses on maximizing your ROI on the differents formats and networks (Social Media Ads : Facebook, Twitter, Instagram – Display & Emailing).

What are the trends in your field market?

The growth of interaction medias has greatly changed the way consumers behave with brands and has replaced user experience into the heart of the purchase course. Users are drowned in advertising and brands try to interact with them personally through added-value content while identifying clearly the ROI generated by their actions.

Interactive and playful, the use of game as an advertising media enables to create a close relationship between consumers and brands. Human predisposition for game enables to collect data more easily and to take a decision for users as they feel engaged and privileged in this exchange.

The growth of Mobile and Social Medias tends to a 360 broadcast global strategy (website, social media, point of sales).

Who are your current customers and which audience would you like to reach?

We target mainly large companies with international brands. We build long term client relationships to help them to efficiently position the media game into their global marketing strategy. We follow and advise them through their different marketing goals during the year : gameplays selection, campaigns setup, and above all qualified datas collection methods.

Some of our references : Lidl, Voyages-SNCF, Peugeot, Bonduelle, Kiabi, Feu Vert, Orange, Lustucru, McDonald’s...etc.

What motivated your decision to take part in E-Commerce Paris?

E-Commerce Paris is a global event for online and offline retail in France. We have chosen to  exhibit to stay close to the market last trends and share Adictiz latest news. This is a great opportunity to exchange with brands and to share our vision and expertise of the media game.

What are your thoughts about the creation of Paris Retail Week and E-Commerce Paris being held jointly with Equipmag?

E-Commerce Paris is the e-retail business event and the Equipmag trade show is the major event for professionals in retail, points of sale and Distribution. Gathering both of them under the “brick and click” unique concept is a innovative solution for any brand looking for Phygital.
