According to you, what are the main trends and innovations in your field market?

In the current context where data is considered to be the black gold of the 21st century, main concern of most of companies should be: How to collect and process properly their data? How to use them in order to generate long-term business value?
Today, we are running into a new era of Big Data where the market appears to be maturing because main issue of businesses is about the use of their data, rather than their collect and process.
It is with this in mind that the International Institute for Analytics claims the companies which have used their data for business purposes will generate $430M extra productivity by 2020.
Indeed it is precisely for that purpose that AntVoice offers innovative solutions (powerful algorithms) to its clients by ensuring the efficiency and timeliness of the use of their data in order to maximize their revenue.

Who are your current customers and which audience would you like to reach?

We are addressing to those companies who want to use their data with the goal to offer a better user experience by recommending product or content at the right time at the right place for the right person.
With a multichannel and multiobject graph-based technology, AntVoice self-learning solution can improve significantly the user experience of their clients while also achieve their goals (increase turnover, decrease bounce rate, increase conversion rate, etc.). Their key priorities and challenges are indeed at the heart of our concerns, as they could experience in both our advices, assistance and business model.
AntVoice targets top e-merchants with a large product catalog, who also believe in the importance of personalization to improve omnichannel user experience while maximizing their KPIs and return of investment. Our clients are major retailers from various business sectors such as Ticketac, Delamaison, Orange or Best Western.

What motivated your decision to take part in E-Commerce Paris, a Paris Retail Week event?

There are several reasons why AntVoice wants to take part in E-Commerce Paris: it is a unique opportunity to meet and discuss with main top e-retailer managers about their current needs and issues and to show how our innovative solutions could satisfy them. Some of top retailers (such as MisterAuto, Delamaison, LightOnline, Orange, Ticketac) and media groups (Prisma Media, Le Figaro) have already embraced our graph-based technology and they could attest its relevance.
