According to you, what are the main trends and innovations in your field market? 

The general trend in e-commerce software is the SAAS model, mainly for two reasons: to avoid installing software and maintaining the infrastructure, but simply use it whenever needed, and secondly because the market is imposing an international management approach for e-commerce. Moreover, in addition to the classic e-commerce, we focus on multi-channel integration offline/online and the centralization of distribution. Simultaneously, sales are focusing on marketplaces and to us it's imperative to develop connectors to feed them with our customer's products. 

Who are your current customers and which audience would you like to reach?

Kooomo serves a number of customers ranging from small/medium businesses to multinationals. Our software allows customers to go online with a high quality presence and professional look, covering all the necessary activities of an ecommerce business. We have developed a powerful system to manage issues related to luxury products paired with the capability to organize data in relation to the market and the user.

What motivated your decision to take part in E-Commerce Paris, a Paris Retail Week event ?

E-Commerce Paris is a key event for European e-commerce and the leader event in France. We have already participated in the past and the number of exhibitors, customers and potential partners increased, making it an essential event to give visibility to our product, which was also featured in Gartner's Cool Vendor 2016 report this year.
