According to you, what are the main trends and innovations in your field market?
Most innovations come from the new features that are implemented into SaaS solutions. At Pricing Assistant, we have a strong focus on UX experience as well as monitoring quality, compilation and data analysis. We strongly focus on facilitating the use of the solution. It can be the UX (User Experience), the monitoring or the compilation of the data analysis. The main goal is to enable them to fully master our solution. Today innovative trends are such that we also get ideas from our users. We take close looks at feedbacks. Being agiles is a component of our success. The evolutions that we build are always user oriented.
Who are your current customers and which audience would you like to reach?
Our current customers are Market places, E-commerce websites and Brands, mostly on the French market.Market Places and Ecommerces which use our solution, look for insights on there competitors price strategies and price policies.
On the other hand, Brands are more likely to use our solution to monitor their distributor price settings.
Further to our monitoring intelligence solution, we have developed Adwords Pilot for Ecommerce Adwords campaigns. The solution was presented last year for the first time at the E-commerce Paris Trade-show.
Since then we have constantly reached new satisfied customers over the year.
Adwords Pilot is targeting similar clients than our Monitoring Solution but not necessarily the same users within companies. It really depends on each organisation
For both solutions, we are now expanding our market to the UK, Germany, Italy, and Spain
What motivated your decision to take part in E-Commerce Paris, a Paris Retail Week event?
It's been four years since we first participate in the E-Commerce Paris Trade Show. It’s définitely the best way to meet our clients and potentials partners. At the same time, we discover the new innovations in the digital sector.
