According to you, what are the main trends and innovations in your field market?

Ecommerce is more and more driven by mobile sales and it’s just the beginning !
However, while mobile accounts for 40% to 60% of retail websites traffic, it only represents between 5% and 20% of online sales. You can mainly explained this by a poor mobile shopping experience (5-step shopping carts, slow loading pages, complicated forms...).
French e-retailers are well aware of that and 90% of them consider mobile conversion as their number one challenge in 2016.
Tapbuy helps e-merchants to address this challenge by offering an “express checkout” window, 100% designed for mobile.

Who are your current customers and which audience would you like to reach?

Tapbuy is working with major French ecommerce players, in Home Decor, Fashion or DIY. We target any e-retailer who wants to increase mobile sales and does not necessarily have the resources and the time required to optimize his mobile funnel.
We target both large accounts, that often ask for additional services, and smaller accounts, who are more looking for affordable, plug & play solutions.

What motivated your decision to take part in E-Commerce Paris, a Paris Retail Week event?

Paris Retail Week is a major event in the European ecommerce landscape. It’s a great opportunity to exchange with our existing customers and to meet our prospects.
We are particularly pleased to be part of the startup village. We hope to meet some great people and make new connections within the ecosystem.
