According to you, what are the main trends and innovations in your field market?

The delivery market faced this past 3 years a lot of changing which are explained by the boost of amazon new offerings and the competition it engendered with longstanding retailers. Refocusing on customer experience and new consumption patterns creates an increase of delivery offerings. Today we only conceptualize delivery with same-day delivery, appointment and real time information.
Amazon offerings, peculiarly the Amazon Prime Now and the Amazon fresh, drive the agenda of current market events as well as startup big growth and business cessation. Some experiments like the failure of Take it Easy and big fundraising of many startup on this sector allow us to think our market in a different way.

Who are your current customers and which audience would you like to reach?

By now we possess a large spectrum of clients, we offer our delivery solutions to many big retailers like Darty or Leroy Merlin, but we also support smaller companies. For us a client can be pure players, national retailers just as small business in Paris. We want to promote our delivery solution to every retailers who are looking for an improvement of their customer experience by using a unique delivery solution specially designed for customer need and expectation. Actually we offer same day delivery and delivery by appointment with a real time monitoring, tomorrow we are going to create new evolution fitting new consumption patterns.

What motivated your decision to take part in E-Commerce Paris, a Paris Retail Week event?

We want to stay close to our client, E-Commerce Paris is the best way to discuss and network with our market. The trade show gives us the opportunity to expose our new offering and share our way to supports client’s project. At E-Commerce Paris the diversity of solutions and key players in trade business allow us to monitor and detect innovations. We can update our technological watch and observe new trends, meet our clients and explore their issues is the main purpose of E-Commerce Paris for us.
