According to you, what are the main trends and innovations in your field market?

Our market is made up of key accounts and SMEs.
Trends and innovations developed by key accounts mainly focus on multi-channel and mobile solutions, customization and APIs.
On the other hand, SMEs are generally moving towards mobile systems and customer satisfaction SaaS platforms.

Who are your current customers and which audience would you like to reach?

Our customers currently range from pure-player key accounts to retailers operating in different sectors: fashion (showroomprivé, vente-privée, sarenza, zalando, 123, Etam, Cyrillus, Verbaudet), electronics / telecommunication (Conrad, Macway, Parrot, Orange), furniture (Maisons du Monde, home24) and sport (Decathlon).

In the future, we would like to offer our solutions to the great distribution market (hypermarkets, large specialized stores) and provide SMEs with a packaged solution as well as an easy one-time integration thanks to our Trustbadge® technology.

What motivated your decision to take part in E-Commerce Paris, a Paris Retail Week event?

The E-Commerce Paris fair is a great opportunity for us to present our innovations relating to the in-store review collection system, to better understand the challenges encountered by retailers with the aim of adapting our technological solutions to the needs of the market and to explain SMEs the best practices in the review moderation (reactions to negative reviews, reminders and simplified layouts).
