According to you, what are the main trends and innovations in your field market?

The DMP market is segmented between players from the digital advertising world and specialist vendors.

Ysance has a strong track record in the retail vertical. Our People-Based DMP responds to many current challenges faced by this sector:

  • Reconcile CRM data, Point-of-Sale data, and site-centric data
  • Orchestrate, automate, and optimize marketing actions
  • Use data science to enrich customer knowledge, in order to predict sales, to match offers with customers, and to avoid marketing fatigue.

The objective is to maximize traffic, boost sales, and increase margins.

Who are your current customers and which audience would you like to reach?

Our DMP enables all companies to capitalize on their people data and achieve joined-up marketing online and offline. Our customers are drawn mainly from the retail sector for whom understanding omni-channel customer journeys is essential to optimizing their marketing strategies and the the customer experience.

What motivated your decision to take part in E-Commerce Paris, a Paris Retail Week event?

We are regular exhibitors at E-Commerce Paris, which is a highlight of the trade show calendar.

This year, we’ll be unveiling our latest innovations, including our predictive marketing technology for cross-channel retailers, to a qualified audience.
