According to you, what are the main trends and innovations in your field market?
Email marketing market is constantly subject to changes and trends. It is important to innovate in this area and to propose new experiences for our consumers. The key issues in this sector are:
- The immediacy. This means to send an email when the user is the most receptive to email marketing. That is why we have developed Instant Mail®, a technology that allows us to send a campaign when the user is actually reading his mail.
- Inactive contacts reactivation. After years of substantial data capture, advertisers aspire to receive a return on investment. The issue is also being able to distinguish high potential contacts from obsoletes contacts in order to restore a dialogue with the inactive contacts, ensure long term relation and to generate an increasing turnover for advertisers.
- Customized Content and predictive marketing. It is estimated for example that 74 percent of internet users are frustrated when a website or Newsletter content is not conforming to their interests. It becomes essential to customize user experience and to anticipate their future needs.
Who are your current customers and which audience would you like to reach?
We cover very different sectors and problems : e-commerce websites such as Vente Privée, retailing giants such as Carrefour and Kronenbourg, some specialists in the tourism industry like TripConnexion, as well as classic retailers, content editors, insurance, etc. We are located in France, Spain and United Kingdom and are focused on mid and large companies who do not have the time and expertise to optimize their emailing campaigns. What motivated your decision to take part in E-Commerce Paris, a Paris Retail Week event?
It is the largest e-commerce tradeshow in Europe, it is essential for us to be there. We come to Paris Retail Week to meet our clients, to share with them, and to present our flagship solutions, starting with Instant Mail® which forms part of the awards finalists of the best innovation!
