Can you briefly describe your activity?

What are the trends in your field market?

Today, mobility is impacting the consumer’s shopping experience, and is touching every part of the retail ecosystem. Retailers are creating ‘omnichannel’ strategies that are driving more mobile devices and applications to improve the timely delivery of goods resulting in increased customer satisfaction. SOTI provides a 360˚ view across the entire retail value chain. 

Who are your current customers and which audience would you like to reach?

We count some of the biggest names within the retail industry as SOTI’s customers. Our solution is flexible and scalable so it is a good fit for any type and size of organisation. France is a key region for SOTI and we are interested to meet with new partners to help us develop this region further.

What motivated your decision to take part in Equipmag?

EQUIPMAG is one of the major Retail events in France and as such, it is important for SOTI to participate this year to strengthen our brand in this key vertical for us. We are also attending to support many of our partners, who are also exhibiting.   

What are your thoughts about the creation of Paris Retail Week and Equipmag being held jointly with E-Commerce Paris?

For SOTI, we think this is a great opportunity for us to meet and network with a larger audience. It also allows us to keep abreast of trends within the retail industry.
