Can you briefly describe your activity?

Since its creation in 2005, Eurecam specializes in designing and manufacturing people counting solutions for all types of applications.
Our products (sensors with embedded intelligence and application software) are designed within our R&D pole. We are proud to offer a product range that is developed and manufactured in France.
Through our partners’ network (distributors and specialized integrators), our products are represented in France and abroad (Canada, Denmark, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Thailand, USA…).

What are the main features of your services? What are the innovations you will be putting forward?

Our know-how is our range of people counting sensors. EQUIPMAG offers us the opportunity to officially introduce our new product: COMPTIPIX 3D.
Based on stereoscopic technology, EURECAM designed its own sensor with 3D analysis to better manage shadows and stagnation of the flow under the sensor. With the height map, it is possible to detect adults / children or filter carts, suitcases, strollers and thus reach an accuracy of up to 99 % in any conditions.

Our sensors are used in stores, shopping malls, tourist offices, libraries, museums, swimming pools, airports, commercial buildings and other places. They allow to meet different needs, such as attendance level study, real-time presence, temporary counting...

What are the trends in your field market?

Since the creation of automatic counting in the 90s: The technological offer improves constantly allowing to meet new needs such as the building intelligence.
The demand is increasingly important because applications are diversifying. Nowadays, users are more demanding on the quality of the data because it is a key indicator of meeting their needs.

Who are your current customers and which audience would you like to reach?

EURECAM works with specialized integrators and approved installers.
We would like to continue to expand our partners' network abroad and strengthen our presence on the national market.

What motivated your decision to take part in Equipmag?

EURECAM participates in its 5th edition of EQUIPMAG trade show which allowed us to develop  our business by meeting many customers and current partners.

What are your thoughts about the creation of Paris Retail Week and Equipmag being held jointly with E-Commerce Paris?

Put together different actors of physical and virtual trade allows to combine two distinct but complementary sectors at the same time.
