Can you briefly describe your activity?

As a specialist in Retail Project Management , ESPACE 4 RETAIL Group has been developing a range of solutions for  shop networks and office buildings projects for over 50 years.

With the takeover of ROUSSEAU AGENCEMENT (Le Mans), the group now employs 120 people  located in 6 regional agencies: Grenoble (headquarters), Le Mans, Paris , Lyon, Strasbourg and Aubagne .

With over 200 projects per year and a turnover of around €50 M, ESPACE 4 RETAIL  supports its clients on the construction, refurbishing and maintenance of their commercial and office building sites .

What are the main features of your services? What are the innovations you will be putting forward?

EQUIPMAG will give us the opportunity to present our visitors the new organization defined within our group, based on three main activities:

 - “Furniture Design & Manufacturing”, driven by our subsidiary ROUSSEAU AGENCEMENT ;

 - “Retail Project Management”, which brings together our expertise in design & build projects, multi-sites deployment, project management and turnkey contract work.,

 - Multi- specialist Maintenance, operated by our subsidiary ESPACE 4 MAINTENANCE which makes 25,000 corrective and preventive interventions per year on the whole French territory.

 Our Key Account Managers, will be available throughout the show to present the know-how, accomplishments and service lines of these 3 activity.

What are the trends in your field market?

Within the various sectors in which the group operates, we note a change in the way our clients are now considering the management of their shops network: in Retail as in other sectors, taking account of the global "life cycle" of the business park, from its construction  to maintenance. We notice an increasing synergy between the different technical services of our customers, as well as development of new partnership strategies and tendering processes. Our organization based on project teams managed by a unique interlocutor is a response to this evolution.

Beyond the core service desired by our customers (works, maintenance …), we see  a growing demand for added value through additional peripheral services , such as the steering our customers captive contracts..

Who are your current customers and which audience would you like to reach?

Retail networks are our "core business" since the foundation of ESPACE 4 back in 1988: Retail still accounts for nearly half of our turnover, followed by the Banking- Insurance and Telephon-Multimedia sectors.

The office building sector also represents an important part of Group turnover: headquarters, exhibition and prestige places (such as museums) are the historical targets for ROUSSEAU AGENCEMENT; we also support the development of hotel, and service companies on each of our activities.

Our willing is to meet companies related to these activities, which are searching for a national partner able to support them through their development.

What motivated your decision to take part in Equipmag?

We truly believe that EQUIPMAG is a professional fair on our business, a place to discover new market trends, as well as an opportunity for privileged meeting with customers ,architects , suppliers as well as future partners ... This is the reason why we celebrate this year our 4th participation in the event.

What are your thoughts about the creation of Paris Retail Week and Equipmag being held jointly with E-Commerce Paris?

We believe the combination of these two events will benefit us since it will bring us more commercial visibility, and numerous networking opportunities.
