Click and collect is the major function of our solution as it allows consumers to order goods on your e-commerce website and pick them up at the store of their choice. The omnichannel and multichannel functions offer a complete shopping experience, fluid and personal, and facilitate their orders through mobility tools. Finally, crosschannel increases the customer loyalty.
What are the trends in your field market?
Cloud is one of the hottest trends currently. The interest is to access data from any computer connected to the Internet. There are multiple benefits: saving space, resources, time and money. The user can freely access his/her documents regardless of the machine he/she uses. With Cloud, part of the information system is not designed, developed and hosted in the business via long and heavy investment projects, but used online, on demand and paid to use.
The interactive interfaces
The interactive interfaces have amplified this trend of sharing and collaboration between internal and external employees of a company. That is why it is important for ERP structures to offer intuitive, flexible and agile user interfaces for a better navigation and to increase productivity. Creating community by interests, integrated social collaboration tools, project tracking for each employee, analytical tools ... These applications allow the active participation of employees, which will sometimes be rewarded through a system calculating their interactions.
Mobility has become a necessity for several years for companies. ERP applications on mobile phones or even tablets now allow employees to access the information they need, wherever they are and at any time. Employees of a business may be required to travel and need to access information wherever they are. So first, corporate sales forces are equipped with mobile ERP as to access information at any time and regardless of where they are located, a necessity to gain productivity. Allowing immediate access to information when needed, mobile ERP give a tenfold productivity advantage because all the information on the company can be found on the move. An employee on assignment abroad can edit orders, consult the company's product catalogue or make a quote instantly via his/her phone. Advantage of mobility, but also relational, because being away from the company, the employee who faces a client may provide all the information he needs and give him an estimate, without having to hold. This will allow greater responsiveness to better serve the customer.
The ERP is a real management tool which enables e-merchants to centralize flows as part of a multi-activity (online sales, traditional sales ...). Via an ERP coupled with its CMS, the e-retailer can receive many benefits in one centralized solution without having to modify its website:
- Preparation of shipments
- Monitoring of margins
- Purchase management - Orders suppliers
- Overall management of stocks
Therefore, the e-retailer can improve productivity and the quality of its customer relationship while having a detailed overview of its business.
Companies gradually turn into the digital age. They must address the need for mobility of their employees and certain security issues. This revolution gave birth to a number of concepts such as application service provider while today we talk about SaaS, cloud and mobility. Irremediably, companies go digital but each at their own pace and according to its route. In some cases, it will be a development strategy and in other cases, the change will be guided by legal constraints. In fact, the Government is building elsewhere on this change and encourages companies to go digital.
