Can you briefly describe your activity?

3Li is a service company specializing in publishing and vertical integration of ERP and CRM solutions exclusively on the Microsoft Dynamics platform. 3Li Retail answers specific business retailers, especially for household equipment stores, personal equipment stores (clothing, leather goods, accessories, sports and luxury) and sales in the agricultural sector. This solution is ideal to optimize your business processes and to support the development of your brand in France and abroad. Our solution is unique in France, it has already over one million users worldwide. 

What are the main features of your services? What are the innovations you will be putting forward?

3Li Retail offers retailers multiple features allowing them to view fully and in real time their entire company, from headquarters to stores. This solution provides features that facilitate the buying journey of end users and offer them a new shopping experienceClick and collect is the major function of our solution as it allows consumers to order goods on your e-commerce website and pick them up at the store of their choice. The omnichannel and multichannel functions offer a complete shopping experience, fluid and personal, and facilitate their orders through mobility tools. Finally, crosschannel increases the customer loyalty.

What are the trends in your field market?

  • Cloud

Cloud is one of the hottest trends currently. The interest is to access data from any computer connected to the Internet. There are multiple benefits: saving space, resources, time and money. The user can freely access his/her documents regardless of the machine he/she uses. With Cloud, part of the information system is not designed, developed and hosted in the business via long and heavy investment projects, but used online, on demand and paid to use.

  • The interactive interfaces

The interactive interfaces have amplified this trend of sharing and collaboration between internal and external employees of a company. That is why it is important for ERP structures to offer intuitive, flexible and agile user interfaces for a better navigation and to increase productivity. Creating community by interests, integrated social collaboration tools, project tracking for each employee, analytical tools ... These applications allow the active participation of employees, which will sometimes be rewarded through a system calculating their interactions.

  • Mobility

Mobility has become a necessity for several years for companies. ERP applications on mobile phones or even tablets now allow employees to access the information they need, wherever they are and at any time. Employees of a business may be required to travel and need to access information wherever they are. So first, corporate sales forces are equipped with mobile ERP as to access information at any time and regardless of where they are located, a necessity to gain productivity. Allowing immediate access to information when needed, mobile ERP give a tenfold productivity advantage because all the information on the company can be found on the move. An employee on assignment abroad can edit orders, consult the company's product catalogue or make a quote instantly via his/her phone. What motivated your decision to take part in Equipmag?

We have been exhibiting at Equipmag for several years. It seemed obvious to us to participate in this new edition. This exhibition is the major event for retailers and allows them to offer innovative tools to meet the current technological trends. It is essential that we communicate about our company and solutions to share our technological expertise. 

What are your thoughts about the creation of Paris Retail Week and Equipmag being held jointly with E-Commerce Paris?

The creation of Paris Retail Week is the inevitable event responding to diverse problems of traders, particularly related to digital. This phenomenon causing many changes, especially in terms of behavior of consumer purchases, which are now hyperconnected and mobile. This meeting place for professionals responding to the challenges of retail and highlights several innovative technologies in a Start-up village.
