In order to assist you and inform you at best, we set up the chatbot Gustave with the startup BOTSPELL.
The first mission of our chatbot is to inform the visitors. Gustave is educated to answer questions which are usually asked to hosts and hostesses or on social networks:
"At what time does the exhibition open? »« Is there a parking? ". Thanks to its artificial intelligence the chatbot is able to answer more than 200 questions.
The second mission is to guide visitors inside the show. The robot generates a personalized map and also answers questions about:

This year for the first time you can chat with Gustave directly on the Paris Retail Week website. At the moment, he speaks only in french but he can understand some english words, try it!
