1. According to you, what are the main trends and innovations in your field market?

24% of products purchased on the Internet are returned. When we interview companies, 75% said that the number of returns has increased with the e-commerce development and 39% said that it is affect their ability to manage their reverse logistics operations.

Moreover, after-sales service became the #3 factor of purchase! We help e-sellers solve this issue.

Companies have improved the customer purchase journey through fast delivery and many shipping options. Nowadays, customers want the same consideration when they have to make a return. It is even more important to understand customer problems and avoid bad rating on the marketplaces!

2. What are the main features of your solution and who is it made for?

Since 2009, our company is pioneered the management of after-sales service through a SaaS platform. We have developed a strong expertise on high-tech products with important clients (Fnac-Darty, La Redoute, Rue du Commerce, TechData or Boulanger). Our startup started three years ago a major R&D program to develop our new platform in returns management and expand our offer.

Revers.io new platform is available since May 2018 and opens our solution to all merchants regardless of their products, size or country. For example, a marketplace merchant can centralize all his claims and manage them easily through our platform.

The strength of our platform is to be connected to the whole return chain: buyers, stores, marketplaces, relay points, carriers, logistics centers, technical centers and suppliers. It also allows buyers to customize their return journey!

Moreover, our clients can outsource all or part of their reverse logistics. They can create their own solution, adapted to their needs, and add optional services to the platform, such as:

  • Customers relationship management thanks to our multilingual Customer Service
  • Collection, verification and massification of the returns in our European logistics hubs
  • Repair management in Europe thanks to our repairer’s network

3. What represents the Paris Retail Week event for your business?

We believe a lot on the service that we offer thanks to our Revers.io platform! We have already created strong partnerships with the marketplaces Backmarket, Cdiscount and Rakuten to offer our platform to their merchants.

Paris Retail Week is the perfect opportunity to present our new platform to e-sellers and to the ecommerce sector! We are excited to meet future clients, journalists and partners!
