1. According to you, what are the main trends and innovations in your field market?

The digitization of purchasing journey, is a central part of our business and is an important challenge for all retailers and e-merchants. We support them to meet the growing consumers’ expectations for their shopping journey in terms of speed, simplicity, omnicanality and security. This trend, which is not new, is supported by technological opportunities that allow us to go even further and offer even more memorable shopping experiences. Voice recognition to simplify the completeness of a financing application form, for example, chat bot to enrich the customer relationship, facial recognition or biometric to finalize a payment, the constitution of online community to advise customers, peer-to-peer during the act of purchase. In addition, the fundamental role of the big data is playing in the authentication, recognition of customers and fine comprehension of their expectations.


2. What are the main features of your solution and who is it made for?

We address e-retailers but also retailers from all activity sectors: from DIY to CtoC through Travel, Fashion, Sport or Optics for example. We will present two solutions at the Paris Retail Week. The first is the 3x 4x Oney. Pioneers 10 years ago in payments in 3 or 4 instalments and leaders in France with more than 300 partners that we are working with in France and aboard. Beyond this solution, it is especially our expertise in terms of payment, security, marketing and UX that allows us to integrate our adapted solution into brands purchasing journey. The second is developed by our subsidiary Oney Trust, a specialist in Digital Profiling. Our Digital Revue solution is a virtual investigator who, from the data provided by the client, performs powerful automatic researches to calculate a reliability score of a profile. This solution allows e- merchants to optimize order acceptance time and increase the fight against fraud.


 3. What represents the Paris Retail Week event for your business?

Paris Retail Week is a major event for retailers and e-merchants and we must attend it: first to affirm our expertise and our singularity in a highly competitive market but also to strengthen our relationships with our partners who will come to meet our teams, exchange with them their new issues. Regularly, we take this opportunity to present innovations and test them with visitors. This year, we will present with the start-up La Mobilery a voice recognition solution to facilitate the subscription of a financing offer within a purchasing journey
