Currently, what are the main trends, news and innovations in your market?

What was a great revolution for the sale of products, and e-commerce, is also revolutionizing the sale of services. We are trying to consume differently, customers' expectations are for mobility, saving time and for the sharing economy. All industries are involved in the sale of services online, from the agricultural sector to the medical sector and government institutions. Most of these are positioned in niche markets.

The pandemic has emerged as a catalyst for the trend of finding new ways to sell services that are more mobile, perennial and sustainable. With this crisis and what has resulted from it, there is a need for a national and European autonomy. This is particularly reflected in the growing demand for local platforms that support a region's economy.

What are the characteristics of your solution and who is it aimed at?

Cocolabs is developing a solution dedicated to the creation of service marketplaces, Cocorico. This solution makes it possible to meet the expectations of a large group like a start-up. This is what makes Cocorico so successful, and as a result it has been deployed more than 1,000 times on all continents.

Cocorico is the only solution for marketplaces specializing solely in services, and it includes more than 1,600 functionalities that let it adapt to the needs of platforms and bring them success.

This year specifically, what will the Paris Retail Week event represent for your business?

At Cocolabs, we believe that the key to improving services is found in interactions with project owners. As trend-setters, they encourage us to develop our products and services to be more relevant to market expectations. After the long disruption in meetings due to Covid-19, Paris Retail Week is an opportunity for us to meet these project leaders and decision-makers and to discuss what we are passionate about, our business.
