In the current context, what are the main news, trends and innovations in your market?
Digital engagement is playing a key role in the digital acceleration process of businesses. The COVID-19 pandemic has struck and changed the way we interact with friends, family, businesses, customers and colleagues.
According to our 2021 Customer Engagement Report including 2,500 companies worldwide, digital communications have been critical to business survival, particularly for French companies: 44% of them estimated significant revenue losses without digitalising their customer engagement (the highest percentage in Europe). In this context, companies have had to think outside of the box, imagining new solutions such as the addition of new communication channels to further engage with customers - such as video or chatbots.
With digital growth rapidly increasing in France, we have also seen changes in the behaviour of end-users, who have become even more demanding of brands. According to our study, French people expect as much from their interactions with brands as they do from their interactions with their loved ones. It is therefore essential to set up an engagement strategy that reflects the preferences of its customers to have a tangible effect on loyalty.

We are very happy to be able to participate in the Paris Retail Week, a key retail and e-commerce event. It is of course a great way for us to exchange with our customers, to understand the market expectations and to build new opportunities.
It will also be the place for us to present our solutions and share our latest customer references. We are lucky to work with companies of all sizes and each story is unique.
