[11h30 - 12h30] "FACE TO FACE" INTERVIEW

The "face to face" is a 60 minute discussion with a leading figure from the retail and/or distribution and e-commerce sector.

It is an interview prepared with the guest highlighting the current activities of his/her company or group in accordance with defined themes. The main focus is on digital activities, e-commerce, stores, distribution, logistics and innovations through a prism which invites the guest to reveal the strategy and actions implemented.

It is a moment of truth, the questions can be direct. The idea is to deliver quality content and, if possible, several scoops. The tone is friendly, sometimes provocative, the pace is fast, and it is a discussion between experts. The format is strongly and intentionally inspired by JJ Bourdin's interviews on RMC and BFM. The discussion is rounded off by exchanges with the audience.

Led by Frank JOURNO,

Expert en e-logistique et Directeur général, NEO 26

[14h00 - 14h30 ] TALK #CROSSCANAL

OMNICHANNEL STRATEGY: EVERYTHING STARTS WITH AN AGILE ORGANISATION !

A high performance omnichannel strategy depends on companies' capacity to "grow" their digital offering by drawing on the know-how and expertise of physical networks. Similarly, to develop traffic and turnover in store, it is essential to draw on the "power" of digital.

An approach which requires a prior reorganisation of internal mindsets and "agile" Information Systems. Exchange of best practices.
