Business issue mentor: AGILE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
After obtaining an engineering degree from HEI/JUNIA (Hautes Ecoles d'Ingénieurs), specializing in Textiles, and Business Management, Flore began her career at Decathlon in 2012 as Retail Supplier (South East Asia), continuing the following year as Supply Project Manager to launch the opening of an E Commerce warehouse in Spain.
A year later, Flore took up the position of Digital Product Owner, then Digital Product Manager on new digital transformation tools for a few years. Flore creates the digital products that make Click&Collect and Ship from store possible at Decathlon, then after a training course dedicated to Decathlon's young hopefuls organized with IESEG BUSINESS SCHOOL, she joins the product design teams to discover another area of Decathlon's value chain, production.
In 2021, against a backdrop of digital transformation in the purchasing habits of French customers, she created the Customer entity in France, and became Director of Digital and Omnichannel Customer Experience in France.
