Fabien Van Herreweghe, Managing Director of MrSuricate

According to you, what are the main trends and innovations in your field market?

MrSuricate

E-merchants, small or large, are increasingly sensitive to the functional problems encountered by Internet users using their sites.

Currently in France, these issues are mainly detected by the customers themselves rather than the e-merchant. This has a negative impact on the e-merchant' sales & reputation.

E-merchants awareness is rising on the importance of performing functional tests, we can nowadays distinguish two types of practices, internal resources are employed to manually test the websites or the implementation of heavy testing solutions like SELENIUM requiring support & maintenance from the IT teams.

The current market trend is to automate & outsource the functional tests, to free up important resources to any e-merchants: the developers.

What are the main features of your solution and who is it made for?

MrSuricate is the first Saas platform allowing a non-technical profile to set up, manage and administrate independently automated functional testing.

Thanks to MrSuricate, Website & Mobile Applications can be fully & automatically tested through complete browsing scenarios.

We are picking up instantly regressions like:

  • Unavailable purchase funnel
  • Bugs in delivery choice
  • Unable to create a customer account
  • Errors when adding a product into a cart

Our product is 100% online and does not require any development. Built with an intuitive interface, it allows recurring testing as much as real-time testing.

We have also an all-inclusive offer, that includes from the establishment of test cases, to the creation & maintenance of scenarios.

Our solution is for any company that owns an E-merchant, Internet, Backoffice or Mobile site.

What represents the Paris Retail Week event for your business?

I have participated since the start of the E-Commerce Paris show, in the past as an exhibitor for Fia-net but this will be the first time as an exhibitor for my own company MrSuricate.

This year, I am expecting an increased visibility in a market we know well, to develop my start-up but above all to meet other exhibitors with the objectives of building networks and organizing partnerships.

Meet MrSuricate on the stand J 109 at Paris Retail Week from 19 to 21 September!
