E-merchants, small or large, are increasingly sensitive to the functional problems encountered by Internet users using their sites.
Currently in France, these issues are mainly detected by the customers themselves rather than the e-merchant. This has a negative impact on the e-merchant' sales & reputation.
E-merchants awareness is rising on the importance of performing functional tests, we can nowadays distinguish two types of practices, internal resources are employed to manually test the websites or the implementation of heavy testing solutions like SELENIUM requiring support & maintenance from the IT teams.
The current market trend is to automate & outsource the functional tests, to free up important resources to any e-merchants: the developers.

What represents the Paris Retail Week event for your business?
I have participated since the start of the E-Commerce Paris show, in the past as an exhibitor for Fia-net but this will be the first time as an exhibitor for my own company MrSuricate.
This year, I am expecting an increased visibility in a market we know well, to develop my start-up but above all to meet other exhibitors with the objectives of building networks and organizing partnerships.
