Paris Retail Week 2020 : A hybrid edition

To make sure everyone can take part in the trade show, we have set up a new hybrid format.

The trade show experience will be extended online via a mobile application and website. Everyone signed up for the trade show will have access to online content and solutions.

The goal is to maximise the points of contact between exhibitors and visitors, whether they are physically present at the event or taking part online.

As visitors, you will be able to:

  • Look through our recommended lists of solutions-providers (exhibitors) using the matchmaking tool and based on your business needs
  • Look for prospects yourself among the list of suppliers, using the advanced filters in the search engine
  • Access suppliers' virtual showrooms (online profiles including videos)
  • Chat with suppliers
  • Identify and save the suppliers corresponding to your needs
  • Schedule meetings
  • Have face to face meetings or videoconferences
  • Take notes on meetings
  • Watch live or recorded conferences at the trade show

As a solutions provider you will be able to:

  • Expand your profile and present your solutions in your virtual showroom
  • Generate demand via your profile and the "interested" button
  • Look through the recommended visitor profiles using the matchmaking tool, based on their business needs
  • Look for prospects yourself among the visitors using the advanced filters in the search engine
  • Chat with your "matches"
  • Schedule your availability for meetings (easy setting of days and times)
  • Schedule meetings
  • Have face to face meetings or videoconferences
  • Reach a wider audience by audio streaming their workshops

All these features will be accessible only when you sign up for the event.
