Maëlle Gasc is Chief Growth Officer at Vestiaire Collective. She is responsible for growing user traffic and engagement on the platform, through a variety of levers: CRM, performance marketing, merchandising, and the development of innovative features. Before joining Vestiaire Collective in 2016, Maëlle was a Project Leader at the strategy consulting firm Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She graduated from the HEC business school in Paris.
Whether they are B2B, B2C or C2C, marketplaces face similar challenges: to provide a reliable, quality service, while coping with increased supply and demand in the context of the pandemic and the explosion of e-commerce. There are two key indicators to measure the success of a marketplace in meeting these challenges: growth in user engagement, and customer satisfaction.
