Florence Chaffiotte graduated from the European Business School and then the University of Paris Sorbonne. She began her career in the Disney Group as head of the Marketing team of the Jet X children's channel. Her career then took her to a communications agency (Leo Burnett, then Euro RSCG), before becoming Executive Director in charge of Marketing at Alain Afflelou. She joined Lapeyre in 2007, where she was in charge of the company's marketing and digital strategy. In 2012, she joined the Executive Committee of the GrandVision group, heading Marketing and Digital for the GrandOptical and Générale d'Optique brands in France and MasVision in Spain.
